VCPC Advanced Mixed Doubles Round Robin (5 Aug 2026)

Join us for our VCPC Advanced Mixed Doubles Round Robin, designed for VCPC members playing at a 3.5+ level . We'll be utilizing Courts 1, 2, and 3 for a fast-paced and social mixed doubles event.

The format is simple and fun: you'll rotate partners throughout the event, giving you the opportunity to play with and against a variety of players while enjoying some friendly competition and meeting fellow club members.

A $5 donation is requested from each participant, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to the Lake Fork Court Maintenance Fund. Please bring cash and provide it to the Captain of the Day upon arrival.

Space is limited to just 12 players, so be sure to reserve your spot early! Once the event is full, additional registrations will automatically be placed on a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you'll be notified right away.

This clinic combines focused skill-building drills with coached game play, giving you the opportunity to immediately apply what you learn in real match situations.

You'll receive expert instruction from professional pickleball coaches Dylan and Jamison. Throughout the clinic, they'll provide both group instruction and personalized feedback on technique, court positioning, shot selection, and strategy to help elevate your game.

Whether you're looking to refine your fundamentals or gain a competitive edge, you'll enjoy a supportive, encouraging, and fun learning environment where players of all levels can improve and have a great time.

Clinic will be run on Courts 2 & 3.

This fundraiser clinic is hosted by Valley County Pickleball Club. VCPC, manages the day to day Valley County Pickleball Court operation. VCPC is a nonprofit organization and, therefore, all net proceeds from this clinic will be used to manage and maintain the Valley County pickleball facility, located in Lake Fork.

We will be hosting a dinking round robin, with lots of laughs, a few drinks here and there and some good eats. Wear your best Cowboy/Cowgirl attire!

Here's the format:

Round robin format, with 24 max players.
All dinking game! Dinks must be in the kitchen. Rule specifics will be reviewed before play begins.
Players are allowed to hold their drinks while dinking.
Adult (alcohol) beverages are OPTIONAL. All drinks are welcome. Remember, you must be 21 to partake in the adult beverages.
Michael Troy will host a limited quantity of Manhattans. First come, first serve.
No glass containers please!
Everyone is encouraged to bring a potluck snack, appetizer or beverage to share.
This is a non-serious event. So bring a chair, a smile and have a ton of fun!

Max # of round robins players is 24, so be sure to register soon.

EVERYONE is encouraged to come on out, whether you're playing in the RR or not. Come out, cheer on the big dinkers, relax and enjoy!
