Court ReservationsThe Valley County Pickleball Club (VCPC) offers court reservations for organizations, members, instructors, and guests, subject to court availability and club scheduling priorities. Reservation requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance. All requests are reviewed and approved by the VCPC Board based on court availability, scheduled club activities, date, and requested time. Summer Reservation LimitsDuring July and August, court reservations are only available after 2:00 PM. A maximum of three (3) courts may be reserved at one time to ensure courts remain available for public play. Reservation Fees
VCPC may reduce or waive reservation fees for VCPC-sponsored programs, community events, or approved instructional activities. Reservation fees help support court maintenance, resurfacing, repairs, improvements, and operational expenses. Refund PolicyReservation fees are non-refundable unless courts are closed due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances determined by VCPC. Insurance RequirementsApproved for-profit events or instructional activities must provide proof of insurance naming Valley County as an additional insured prior to the start of the event. All participants and organizations using the courts are responsible for complying with posted court rules, VCPC policies, and applicable safety requirements. Reservation holders assume responsibility for the conduct of their participants and guests and agree to use the facilities at their own risk.
